The Real Madrid star just bagged his first major campaign… plus more fashion news you missed
English football’s golden boy Jude Bellingham has just been revealed as the newest face of Louis Vuitton’s men’s line, in a move the French house is calling “a union between style and sportsmanship”. Dropping the news this morning on Instagram, the 21-year-old footballer is only a “friend of the house” rather than a fully-fledged ambassador, but this only means that he’s probably not locked in a strict contract, and can step out in other brands as well. Despite this small detail, a Gabriel Moses-lensed campaign has accompanied the announcement, with the Real Madrid star wearing some sharp suits and a monogrammed jacket from Pharrell’s most recent Paris Fashion Week show.
Speaking of the boss, the creative director was also pretty over the moon about bagging Bellingham, and wrote a glowing review of his new LV signing. “I’m excited to welcome Jude to the House,” said Pharrell. “His charismatic personality and what he has already achieved on his inspiring journey will add so much to our LVers community.” Bellingham also echoed that elation in a newly released campaign video, adding that he’s “always wanted to wear all the newest Louis Vuitton stuff. You watch it in the music videos and on the runway, and you always hope that one day you can put it on.”

British pop star PinkPantheress has just scored another fashion gig, as she takes a starring role in Masha Popova’s AW24 campaign. Shot by photographer Zach Apo-Tsang, it’s a savvy collab that purposefully draws a link between Pink’s Depop-coded personal style and Popova’s 2010s-inspired, Skins-referencing collection. PALACE BAGS BERGHAUS
Palace has just dropped its latest collab, and this time it’s the turn of iconic hiking brand Berghaus. The capsule features technical jackets, two-tone fleeces, and ear-warmer caps, and heavily leans into the outdoor brand’s 1990s heyday with acid yellow colourways and Aztec-style detailing. CHARLIE SHOPS AT COS
Actor Christopher Abbott – who you might recognise as Marnie’s boyfriend Charlie from Lena Dunham’s Girls – has just been revealed as the new face of Cos’s AW24 campaign. Lounging in the label’s minimalist pieces, Abbott shares the stage with fellow actor Colman Domingo and supermodel Mariacarla Boscono, who also star in the Karim Sadli-shot campaign. Marc Jacobs is continuing the 40th anniversary celebrations of his eponymous brand by teaming up with Kenzo creative director Nigo. The pair have collaborated on a new edition of Jacob’s archival Superman jumper, originally released as part of the designer’s 1990 menswear collection.
